• Tricep Dips or Impossible dips 3x10-15
• Wide grip pull-ups 3x10-15
• Chin ups (I didn’t fully supinate my grip in the video but you should) 2x10-15
• Body weight rows (if you have D handles, you can actually attach those to the dip bars and do a pronated grip row!) 2x20

Rest times can be kept to around 1 minute. Very fun workout and you don’t have to move around. Just be sure people would be chill with you using the station for a while if there aren’t any more 😅

Dips checklist ⬇️ 

1. Elbows flared, dropping too deep with no control - that’s how you end up with chest and shoulder pain. Super common and can put you off doing dips!

2. Slight forward lean, controlled range of motion, elbows tucked at about 45 degrees -> this hits both your chest and triceps evenly (as well as your anterior delt)

3. More forward lean, legs slightly in front, driving your chest through at the bottom -> this shifts the emphasis onto your chest and front delts (less on your triceps)

4. Upright torso, elbows pinned tight and straight back (think JM press) this isolates your triceps (and is very difficult without assistance)
