Ingredients:
150g of 3% mince
1 large potato
1/2 red onion
1 cheese square
30% low fat cheese
1 tbsp of guacamole or mashed avocado
2 large tomatoes
Salt/pepper/cajun
2 spray of olive oil

Method:
1. Thinly slice the potato and add Cajun.
2. Air fry for 15-20 mins
3. Thinly slice the tomatoes and onion. Mix together and add salt/pepper and 1 spray of olive oil
4. Fry the beef mince in a dash of Cajun
5. Add the fries and mince to the bowl. Add cheese and grill for 2-3 mins
6. Add the onion mix and guac
Tips:
- Shake the fries every 5-10 mins so they cook evenly 570kcals, 54g protein

THINGS I'M DOING TO LOSE FAT / INFLAMMATION without feeling restricted 👇🏻

I'm not here to tell you eat 1200kcals and to just eat clean. I'm here to give you realistic advice for REAL results!! 🫶🏻

1. Gone from 80% whole foods to 90%. I still satisfy my cravings ofc!! But I just prioritise nourishment that little bit more
2. More anti inflammatory foods. I eat A LOT of ginger and tumeric and healthy fats like avocado
3. I've gone from 4 to 3 gym session per week. This might not be a forever thing but recovery was very bad at the end of last year. Quality > quantity. I follow @biteback_coching workout plan
4. Ofc a slight calorie deficit to lose fat but l'm still eating just under 2000kcals
5. Meditation everyday. I listen to it whilst I sleep and I do around 5-10 mins per day
6. Prioritising protein and fibre. Fibre helps with good gut health and protein prevents muscle depletion in a calorie deifcit
7. 1x sound bath per month. This is THE best for resetting my nervous system which reduces inflammation a lot
8. Infrared sauna atleast 1x per week to help with recovery
9. Sleep. Last year I was sleeping about 6hrs per day.
Now l average 7-9hrs?!! That night meditation is doing bits!!
10. Most importantly I don't restrict. If I want soemtnjnf like chocolate l'll still have it becuase my mental health is just as important as my physical health. I just focus on adding e.g adding in some fruit to my chocolate to help keep me full!

Couple of drops of vanilla extract 40g of lightest cream cheese
1 tosp of sugar free jam

Method:
1) mix the cream cheese, vanilla and protein in a bowl
2) add the strawberries then the jam into a small dish
3) add the yoghurt mix on top
4) add the jammy dodger and dried rapsberries
