Still chasing the sub 3 hour marathon by the way

Don’t worry I’m still obsessed with beating Harry Styles

Just also trying to hit a deadlift pb over the next 6 weeks

And lining it up with the 1 rep max training day I’m putting on for my clients down in @twobirdsfitness gym on the 19th of April

Bet Harry can’t deadlift over 200kg and do a sub 3 hour marathon can he?

(Can’t do the sub 3 hour marathon part yet right enough x)
I’ve got 3 clients right now

Who’s physios had told them not to lift

And every single time I could smell the ‘that’s the easiest thing to say’ attitude even just from the way my clients told me they said it

You’re not 70
It’s not time hang the boots up

You’re 32
You have a better hairline than me

And unless you’ve got some sort of serious injury like you’ve been kneecapped for getting up to no good

Liftings gonna help your aches and pains and if anything you have the aches and pains cause you’re lacking strength

So if you have been given advice like that

Maybe time to sack your physio

And like my clients get to lifting with a bit of sense instead of with your ego and you’ll maybe find all those aches and pains begin to vanish
Road to deadlifting 200kg again

Alongside the longer goal of beating Harry Styles sub 3 hour marathon

I’m trying to do this so I can document the journey and show my clients just how much it’s worth still going to the gym

When you’ve very little time and you can’t go as often as you want

My restrictions are mostly from running but to be honest work is very very busy too

So with 3 sessions a week, 30 minutes each

Let’s see if I can beat my deadlift pb

(And reminder to all 1-1 clients to book your ticket for the event on the 19th of April)
I have a huge problem right now

And it’s that in 2026 most people have had an online coach

And most people have been charged too much, given terrible advice and been left a more sour taste in their mouth than a gob stopper

So I just want to bullet point a few things that you may have assumed about me

Because it’s the way your last coach operated

- I do not charge up front
- I charge monthly no contract
- Whatever price you come in at stays the same
- I have clients who’ve been with me 2, 3 and 4 years that stay out of choice
- I don’t just give you meal plans and calorie goals I try change how you think through video check ins
- I don’t just give you a plan we do lots of form videos and your plans are based on the videos and goals we have
- I don’t cold dm
- I don’t force anyone to pay me or ‘jump on a call with me’

Oh and my prices have been the same for the last 3 years

(But they will go up this year fyi)

These people don’t care about you or your weight or your goals

They just want to see how much money they can get out you so they can brag about it online x
