“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
- 1 Corinthians 10:31

I feel like we’re told so often in the fitness space to “do it for you” and put yourself before anyone or anything else - but as Christians we are called to put God first in everything we do.

It’s not easy by any means and we ALL mess up because we’re imperfect people - but the goal should be to approach life in a way that reflects Jesus, aiming to glorify Him in all things 🙌

We’re in this together 🤍
These fruits on the daily >>✨

The apostle paul explains living life by the Holy Spirit in Galatians 5:13-26 and how these “fruits of the spirit” will be visible in the lives of people walking with Jesus:

Love: Sacrificial commitment and putting others first.
Joy: A deep-seated happiness and perspective under pressure.
Peace: Unshakable trust and calm.
Forbearance/Patience: Being slow to anger and composed.
Kindness: Compassionate, gentle action.
Goodness: Integrity in action and moral excellence.
Faithfulness: Consistency and reliability in faith.
Gentleness: Power combined with meekness and humility.
Self-control: Discipline over desires.

We can’t produce “spiritual fruit” on our own - we can’t just will-power ourselves to be more gentle or work harder to be more joyful or faithful.

But in order for the Holy Spirit to grow these fruits in us, we have to firmly connect to the vine who is Christ (John 15:5), by pursuing God’s way of life over our own.

Health isn’t just about the physical - spiritual health is important too 🤍
