This was incredibly fun. Setting some baselines here, goal is 35s on the incline press before the new year! Push session (no triceps lol) and push is one of my absolute favourites to train and now it finally gets it own day in my split😎❤️

You might be able to shift a few plates but if you’re using momentum it’s not going to translate into your physique. Anatomy is complex and it’s easy for other muscle groups to take over from what you’re intending to do if you’re not focussing on engaging what you need 

It’s not control vs weight, it’s control AND weight. Don’t run before you can walk. Earn the load.
