During my very first HYROX, I was constantly stopping at the water stations. I felt SO thirsty throughout the race and afterwards I honestly felt like I’d been hit by a bus physically and internally 😅

For my second race, I started properly using electrolytes and I realised that was one of the biggest things I got wrong in race one. Ever since then, I’ve made sure to use electrolytes consistently throughout training, in the lead-up to race day & on race day - and honestly it’s been a game changer for me.

No more wasting time in the Roxzone trying to rehydrate, better energy levels during training, and during my half marathon I genuinely felt so much better hydrated and able to keep pushing 💨🏃‍♀️ #hydrate #racedaytips #running #greatbirminghamrun
